This experience has been created to provide a safe body based healing experience by connecting biblical truths to your body, personal story of pain and trauma and/or grief.

Option to add on one or two follow up sessions with Jenna for post intensive processing and integration. This is useful to reflect, care and plan for next steps in your personal work.
