Purchase Policies:

  • Refund policy — Refunds are not available for any services.

  • Delivery policy — Services are delivered at schedule times or time of purchase.

  • Return policy – No return policy is available due to services being rendered.

  • Cancellation policy — If the client cancels within allotted time frame of 24 hours before counseling service, there is no charge. For all other services, cancellation equal a loss of money and service.

  • Customers can now pay with all major credit cards, Apple Pay for PayPal.

  • Client information is kept private and protected by Jenna Little Wellness, LLC. This website is also in compliance with PCI standards.
